An independent guide

Pesach Programs is an independent guide published by Consult With Ari. It is not run by, paid by or connected to any operator, hotel, rabbi or kashrut agency listed here. If a listing is ever paid for, it will be labeled as paid.

This site does not sell or book programs. Any booking is a contract between you and the operator, on the operator’s terms.

Where the information comes from

Details about programs come from each operator’s own website and from the public sources linked on each page. How we check the facts explains the method. Operators change dates, prices, hotels and supervision, sometimes close to the holiday, so a page can be out of date even when it was right on the day it was checked.

The information is offered as is, without any guarantee that it is complete, current or free of mistakes. Confirm anything that matters to you with the operator, in writing, before you pay.

Not a kashrut ruling

Nothing here is a halachic ruling, a hechsher, or a recommendation of any supervision. The site reports who an operator says supervises its kashrut and what public sources say about that person or body. Whether that supervision meets your standards is a question for your own rav.

Profiles of rabbis, supervisors and agencies contain only facts stated by the linked sources. A profile that says no public source was found says nothing about the person. Being listed here, or listed by a body such as AKO or the cRc, is not an endorsement by this site.

Not a safety rating or travel advice

Safety sections repeat what governments publish and link to them. They are not this site’s assessment of any country, city or hotel, and they are not travel, medical, legal or insurance advice. Read the current advisory yourself and make your own decision.

Ratings, reviews and photos

Hotel ratings shown inside a Google map, and the Tripadvisor and Booking.com pages this site links to, belong to those companies and describe the hotel all year round, not the Pesach program.

Guest reviews sent to this site by email and published here are the opinions of the people who wrote them. A review can be removed if it is abusive, off topic, or cannot plausibly be from a guest.

Photos of hotels and programs are shown from their owners’ websites with a credit and a link back. Hotel details come from OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors). Trademarks and names belong to their owners.

Links to other websites

How personal information is handled is set out in the privacy policy, and what is stored on your device in cookies and local storage.

This site links to operators, hotels, governments and other sources. It has no control over those websites and is not responsible for what they say or do.

Corrections and removal

If you are an operator, a hotel, or a person or body named here and something is wrong, out of date, or should not be shown, send a correction with a link or document that backs it up. Corrections that can be confirmed are made promptly, and photos are removed on the owner’s request.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, Consult With Ari is not liable for loss or harm that comes from relying on this site, from a booking with an operator, or from a website this site links to. Use of the site means you accept these terms. They may change, and the date at the top shows the latest version.
