Who we are
This policy explains how Ari Rosenberg / Anywhere Reality Industries LLC ("we") handles personal information on the Pesach Programs website. Ari Rosenberg / Anywhere Reality Industries LLC is responsible for this information (the "controller" or "database owner").
What we collect and why
| Information | Why we use it | Legal basis | How long we keep it |
|---|---|---|---|
| What you put in an email to us: usually your name, email address and message, and for a review your ratings, the year you went and who you went with | To reply, to check and correct listings, and, for a review you send for publication, to show it on the program page with the name you choose (never your email address) | Your consent, given by sending the email | Emails are kept until the matter is dealt with. A published review stays up until you ask us to remove it. |
You are not legally required to give us this information — it is your choice. If you don't, we simply won't be able to do what the form is for (for example, reply to you).
Like every website, our hosting provider automatically receives technical information when you visit (IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, date and time). It is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix problems.
When you contact us directly
If you contact us by WhatsApp or email, your message and contact details go directly to us. We use them only to answer you and to handle your request, and we don't add you to any mailing list without your permission.
Service providers we use
We share information only with the service providers below, and only as needed for the purpose described. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Base44 (Wix.com) – Hosts this website. When you load a page, the hosting servers receive technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. (privacy policy)
- Unsplash, operators’ own websites and wsrv.nl – Photographs. Destination photos load from Unsplash. Photos of a program or hotel load from the operator’s own website, resized through the wsrv.nl image service. These servers receive your IP address and browser details when a photo loads. They do not get cookies from this site. (privacy policy)
- OpenStreetMap – The map pictures on the programs and destinations maps. When a map is shown, the OpenStreetMap tile servers receive your IP address and browser details. No cookies are set. (privacy policy)
- Google Maps – The hotel map and Google’s rating card on each program page. Loaded only after you press "Load map" or allow embedded media. Google may then set cookies and receive your IP address. (privacy policy)
- YouTube (Google) – Operators’ own videos on some program pages, played in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. Nothing loads until you press play. YouTube then receives your IP address and may store data in your browser. (privacy policy)
- Vimeo – Operators’ own videos on some program pages. Nothing loads until you press play. Vimeo then receives your IP address and may set cookies. (privacy policy)
We do not sell or rent personal information.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies and local storage
The site itself does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It saves a few settings in your browser, and loads third-party content only with your permission:

How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was given for, or as required by law, and then delete it.
