Rabbi Elie Matusof
Named by an operator for kashrut supervision. I have not linked a public source for this name yet.
Rabbi or supervisor
No public source linked yet
I looked for a public page that says who this is (a community, an agency, a beth din or a news report) and did not find one I could match with confidence. That is a gap in this directory, not a statement about him. Many supervisors have no web presence, and several of these names are shared by more than one rabbi, so I have not guessed.
What the operator says is on each program page below.
Worth asking the operator
Public pages rarely say how long someone has supervised a particular program. The operator can tell you.
- Who signs the kashrut certificate for this program, and can I see this year’s certificate?
- How many years has he supervised this operator’s Pesach programs, and this hotel in particular?
- Does an agency or beth din stand behind the certificate, or is it his personal hechsher?
- Is he in the hotel for the whole of Yom Tov, and how many mashgichim work under him?
Programs that name him
- David Guez, Hotel Martinez
The operator says: Beth Din de Nice et Region; religious services led by Rabbi Mendel Matusof
- FFH Events, Villa Roma Resort & Spa
The operator says: Rabbi Elie Matusof (Rav Hamachshir)
