Nice-based kosher caterer Lux Traiteur runs a small Pesach stay, capped at 130 guests, at a five-star seafront palace hotel in San Remo just across the border from the French Riviera. Food is glatt kosher without kitniyot under the Nice Beth Din, with themed dinners and a rabbi leading services and talks.
